Reiki Level 1 is ideal for anyone interested in learning about the powerful ways Reiki can bring about healing and empowerment into one’s life and to acquire tools to be able to offer healing support to family, friends and pets too! 

During the training you will learn & experience: 

• History & principles of Usui Reiki

• Level 1 attunement ceremony

• Main chakra centers

• Treating yourself with Reiki

• Clearing and protecting your space

• Developing your intuition

• How to give a Reiki treatment

• Hand positions for treating others 

After the attunement, Reiki energy flows through the hands of the Reiki practitioner and can be directed for self-healing or others. The energy helps to reestablish balance and harmony on the physical, emotional, and spiritual planes so that the natural function of the body is restored. Reiki differs from other healing methods in that a specific attunement process is used to prepare students for the flow of healing energy and that it is accessible to anyone.

Reiki can be used to enrich your everyday life and also help lead you along your spiritual path. Whether you want to restore the general condition of your body, open your energy channels or expand your consciousness and spiritual awareness, Reiki is the perfect way to do it!

This will be an intimate experience in which we will be working in a small group, learning about the powerful system of Reiki and it’s foundational teachings and applications. There will be a nice mix of teaching, discussion and hands on practice as well as the attunement ceremony.

Training includes both in-class theory (manual is provided) and practice sessions.

Class will be from 10 - 5 and we will have an hour lunch break.  

Cost is $175 and includes training, manual and certificate.
